Where can I buy positivity?

There are two different forces that drive us: negativity and positivity. We all know that negativity is not something we should choose. We are all aware of its consequences. So let’s talk about positivity. How can we hold on to it—even when a situation, task, or person overwhelms us with negativity?

We want to seek positivity in order to find true contentment. Only then will our hearts feel satisfied and our souls not grow weary. Most importantly, we begin to praise God—even in our struggles. Positivity lifts the burden off our hearts and gives us the strength to move forward.

Let's take Jesus as an example. Jesus bore the cross. He accepted the suffering and walked through the pain. But here's the beautiful truth, even in His agony, He saw us. He carried you and me in His heart. That vision—the fruit of His sacrifice gave Him satisfaction.

“He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.”
Isaiah 53:11

So, when you feel displaced or burdened by something, but choose to go through it anyway—do what Jesus did. Pick out the purpose. Hold on to the small joys. Place those reasons—the hope, the blessings, the growth—in front of you.

Remove the voices that drag you down. Replace them with reminders of grace: the little victories, the hidden blessings, the quiet strength.

This practice doesn't just lift your spirit— it stirs gratitude. And a thankful heart begins to praise God.

That’s the power of picked positivities— a God-given lens to see light even in the darkest valleys.

Ultimately, it is God—the Holy Spirit—who gives us courage, strength, and comfort. He renews our spirit when we cannot do it on our own. May our God help us to pick positivities!
